Week 9 Reflection

PrEP
Over the past few weeks Grey main has been doing PrEP ( PrEP stands for: Primary Enterprise program. ) When we do PrEP we make different products ready to sell at the big and little market. You can apply for different jobs like: helping out in a different room, being a banker, a secretary, a treasurer, a CEO or a very hard worker. There are also police in PrEP to give out key coms which means good work or they can give you a fine from your money that you earn.

Before PrEP each class designs money to win out of your class then win out of the school. I helped out in Room 7 who were doing gardening things for PrEP, we made bird houses, dolls houses,  solar ovens to cook smores in and weed heads with faces on them.

I really enjoyed PrEP this year and I can't wait for the next!

Speech
This week we have been planning our speeches using bubble us, I am doing my speech on swimming with dolphins. Here is my bubble us.

Numeracy
For numeracy this week, in different groups we have been doing numeracy on the Top dog pooch sheet.
The top dog pooch sheet is a thing where your group decides on the type of pet you would like to have, ( dog, cat, fish etc ) then you would have to find out how much it would take to buy and care for this animal. Here is a google drawing on some of things we would need for a Husky.

  1. Hi Kyra- super reflections on your work this week. PrEP sounds really exciting and it is great to know you are enjoying the gardening. I could not quite see your bubble me plan but it looks detailed. Hopefully the conversation we had about it helped. You will be able to use our photos and your calendar for images perhaps. As for looking after a husky- they are pack animals so they are happier with another husky- ask Amara- the other thing you may want to think about is annual vaccination costs- worming- flea treatment and perhaps pet insurance- Millie's is about $45 per month. Your cost overview is very detailed. Super work!
