Summer Reading Challenge-Prizes! T1 2017

Today I collected my prize for the Summer reading challenge that happened in 2016-2017. The Summer Reading Challenge is a challenge for Schools to read over the Christmas holidays everyday until school starts again on January 31. You have to go to the Grey District Library at least 2 times to get the back of your form stamped twice. The book I won was a Diary of  a Wimpy Kid series-Old School, I can't wait to read it because I like the movies and the other books in the series.

For Kiwi Kids News I got 100 % and for typing test I got 22 WPM (Words Per Minute) and 89% for accuracy. I am also ranked a two finger typist. Here is some screenshots:

Literacy Reflection W10 T1 2017

This week for Literacy I have been doing Word Work and Writing. For my Word Work I did the origin, sentence and definition. For writing my topic was how do Dolphin's use echolocation. I created a coggle for my research found on two sites- Wonderopolis & a site called Dolphin's world. I got most of my information off Wonderopolis.
