Last week, to finish off our Country Studies we decided to have a shared lunch with foods from the country we studied. As my country was Austria I decided to do an Apple Strudel. Apple Strudel is a flaky pastry with sour green apple and sultanas. It is a very sweet and tasty delicacy and goes great with whipped cream. Everyone brought food from their own countries and they were all really delicious!
