Technology Week 8 2018

This week at Tech,  as it is coming up to Christmas we decided to make some Christmas Cookies. First we got a sheet of shortbread pastry and cut out some circles and then we put them on a tray and into the oven. While the cookies were cooking we made the icing which was a mixture of boiled water, icing sugar and food colouring. After mixing thoroughly we put the icing into a icing bag and got our cookies from the oven and began to decorate. I did some snowflakes, Christmas trees, presents and decorations as some of my patterns. I also wrote the words Merry Xmas on some of them. I really enjoyed tech this term and can't wait for next time!
